An initial interview will help us understand your desires, needs and special challenges.  Follow-up conversations will fill in the blanks and allow us to determine the best solution to satisfy your needs.  We want to understand your business well enough to see it from your perspective.  This arms us with insight to recognize opportunities and create innovative solutions that might have been missed. 

Once we’ve reviewed our ideas with you and you’re happy with our proposal, then the development process begins.  Throughout the development phase, we’ll need you to provide timely responses to requests for:  answers to questions, web content and images, checkout of  web functionality as we build it.  After all development is complete to your satisfaction, we’ll roll out the product to the web for you.  We are not happy until you are delighted.
